It has grown through the years to become Pennsylvania's only NARHA Horses for Heroes program, working with area veterans affected by severe combat injuries such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal injuries, loss of limb and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Star has also grown and developed into an environmentally enriched program that provides the benefits of therapeutic gardening.
