For more than 27 years, Cindy Frederick Fulton has been serving as the founder and executive director of Star Equestrians. She holds certifications as a therapeutic riding instructor and occupational therapist assistant, and is passionate about providing a safe and empowering environment for all kids to learn about horses and themselves!
My Story
I got my first pony at the age of 6. He was a black and white paint and his name was scout! He taught me about perseverence! Horses have been a part of most of my life! I founded Star Equestrians and officially opened - June of 1998.
